The Resort
Las Brisas is set in the fishing village of Playa Blanca on the south coast of Lanzarote. The resort is built in traditional Moorish style with white walls and beautiful natural woodwork. The villas are set in landscaped gardens with the resort centred around the swimming pool. The resort offers peace and relaxation to its visitors and is suitable for couples or families alike. The wide range of facilities available includes the superb heated swimming pool, heated children’s pool, two floodlit tennis courts and an onsite mini-market selling all your daily essentials. A small restaurant, large barbecue area and bar provide a focal point to meet new friends and relax over a meal or a long cool drink. The staffed reception is able to assist you with any enquiries you may have.

Local Area Information
This unique and fascinating island, lying 100km off the African coast, has scenery very unlike its neighbouring islands. Devastated by volcanic eruptions in the 17th and 18th centuries, it has been left with an almost eerie lunar landscape for which it has become famous. The weather is warmer and drier than on the more westerly islands, as Lanzarote is subject to hot winds from the Sahara as well as cooling winds from the Atlantic.
Las Brisas is situated near the pretty coastal village of Playa Blanca set in a sheltered bay with a gently shelving beach of fine golden sand. The village is a quiet, relaxing resort on the rugged southern tip of the island. The beautiful white sand beaches of Playa Papagayo are only 7km to the east. The village has shops and restaurants and you can also catch the ferry over to Fuerteventura from the nearby harbour. Las Brisas and the surrounding area is suitable for families and couples alike of all ages.

Las Brisas is about 50 minutes drive/35Kms from the Airport.
Directions from the airport Arrecife
From the airport follow signs for Yaiza - LZ2. Continue along this road going through Macher and passing signs for Uga and Yaiza. After Uga, signs for Playa Blanca will appear. Continue to follow these, still on LZ2 road. On approaching Playa Blanca, go over the mini-roundabout, go past the petrol station on the right and turn right at the next mini-roundabout. Take the first right. There is a sign “Zona Residencial Las Brisas”. Turn left into the carpark, The resort is on the left hand side.
